All products are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, dimensions, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, craftsmanship, and material characteristics.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
4. Ordering Process
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The purchase contract is concluded only when the order is accepted and confirmed by De Bettencourt Handels GmbH.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Payment methods available at checkout are accepted through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the destinations specified during checkout. We deliver within Germany, throughout the European Union, and to selected further countries; the destinations available to you are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, import taxes, and customs handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Products must be returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the products.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, water, or abrasive surfaces are not considered manufacturing defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
De Bettencourt Handels GmbH shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typically associated with the contract.

All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, logos, graphics, texts, and branding elements, is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
